Gemma has worked across education services for 15 years with a particular specialism within children with SEMH needs. Gemma is held in the highest regard in Essex for her roles within Pupil Referral Units, mainstream schools, schools with moderate learning difficulties (MLD) and has previously been a head teacher of an independent SEMH school within Essex. Gemma has a vast experience of overseeing the delivery of bespoke packages of educational support to students with complex needs leading to outstanding outcomes for students within the organisations she has worked within. Gemma is also a Thrive Practitioner and has imbedded this approach within the school.
